Lake Shore offers swim lessons throughout the summer months . Please take a moment to sign your children up for swim lessons. They will have fun, stay cool, and learn a vital skill.
(An online form will be posted here toward the beginning of the season for signup.) Because sessions may fill up, please get your form in early to obtain your preference on sessions or private lessons. We will contact you to confirm your reservation prior to start of the swimming season.
Lake Shore Yacht & Country Club offers certified swim lessons at the heated pool in the summer in either group or private lessons and during the week or on Saturdays. Classes are offered in 2-week sessions and on Saturdays. Children can be enrolled in any or all of the sessions; they do not have to be enrolled in consecutive sessions. Depending on interest, more or fewer sessions than shown will be offered.
Tuesdays through Fridays (10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.)
Session I - June 28 - July 9
Session II - July 12 - July 23
Session III - July 26 - August 6
Session IV - August 9 - August 20
Saturdays (10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.)
Session V - June 5, July 10
Session VI - July 17, August 21
The cost of a session is $50 per child for children of members and $75 for grandchildren (grandchildren are welcome based on availability). Fees are charged to your membership account. The member must be present during the lesson. Swim lessons are open to children 4 years old and older only.
