We are proud to partner with José and Alex, the acclaimed owners of INKAS in downtown Syracuse, to lead our food and beverage program. Known for their distinctive culinary style and commitment to quality, their team brings a level of creativity and sophistication that will redefine dining at Lake Shore.Members will enjoy access to a private, members-only grillroom, offering a refined yet comfortable setting for everything from post-round meals to relaxed evenings overlooking the property.

As the season progresses, the vision expands. Plans are underway to introduce a full-service public restaurant and event destination within the clubhouse—further positioning Lake Shore as a premier venue on and off the course.
In the coming weeks, a carefully composed collection of seasonal menus and bespoke banquet offerings will be unveiled—each designed to reflect the depth, character, and signature approach of the INKAS culinary team. This program will set the tone for a dining experience that is both elevated and distinctly Lake Shore.
